Grandpa of Anthony Keith & Shawn Clyde Hopkins & Elizabeth Grace Hopkins-Theroux. Great-grandpa of Scott & Cain. Dear brother of John, Paul (Pat), Darlene (Jim) Broughton, Albert (Carol), Dale (Valerie) and the late Peggy Smith. Phillip was a member of the NRA. Thursday, Mar 4, 2010 Age 71yrs. Family will receive friends on Saturday, Mar 13 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 1pm at the Minges Funeral Home 10385 New Haven Rd. (Harrison) . In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
