Devoted grandfather of Karl Andrew Adkins, Jr. and Brandon Luke Adkins. Brother of Mildred Ulmer, Geneva Perkins, Chris Helferich, Barb Allred and Don Adkins. Monday, March 8, 2010. Age 70 years. Visitation Friday from 5PM until time of services at 8PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave. (Westwood). Family should meet Saturday at 9AM at the funeral home for procession to St Joseph New Cemetery.
